How long is the warranty?

There are 3 years of purchase warranty protection.

What does it cover and how are issues dealt with beyond 30 days?

First year, the warranty covers free maintenance and repair for any defect in workmanship or materials. But we do not support door to door service, we can only service online or send free parts to you for replacement. In the second and third year, the warranty covers free shipping on replacement part, but the cost of parts and maintenance work are not covered.

This chair will be sent out by two boxes. One is for main unit, one is for armrests. Be aware that sometimes the boxes are delivered separately. If you have received only one box the second one should arrive the following day.
